    We all make mistakes. I backed into a pole once. He wasn't too happy about it.

    found out that it nevers get reported to dac until you quit or are terminated

    i personaly know because former employer after i quit posted to my dac 4 preventable accidents which were a flat tire a broken hinge on trailer and a front plastic bumper that had been bent in snowbank

    I haven't worked for a company that uses DAC for about 10yrs.

    I go to smaller companies, less money sometimes ,but better attitude towards driver.

    If you drivers are worried about a company posting negative stuff on your DAC if you quit, there is a simple way that usually works. Get hired by your new company before you quit the old one. Then the new company will review your DAC before the old company dings it up. Certainly not foolproof, as the new company could check it twice. But at least you could say "WTH...that wasn't on my DAC when you checked it last week."

    Drivers who ignore "Goal" are drivers who need to go back to driving cars.they make other drivers lives miserable by putting them out of work and the companies take advantage of the fact the driver cant afford a lawyer and pay them the least money they can get away with while there truck is in the shop. :biggrin_25516:
