Scratching/whining noise from floor

I have a peterbilt 379 with a 18 speed, I’m getting a scratching/whining noise from the floor/ dash area the whining will start once I get onto 17th gear (50-60mph) and accelerate lightly, it will stop temporarily if I’m braking, any ideas ?
