You obviously did not take time to read the thread. He was taking drinks of water. Only shallow people take a quick look at a picture and don't try to understand the entire context before making judgement. By federal guidelines, when you are eating or drinking you are allowed to take your mask off. You are not walking around coming in contact with people. Another know it all speaks up.

The picture is the exact reason for the "parade wave." People take pictures to feed their narative. It seems that everyone here saying tge doc did something wrong. Failed to read the article debunking the photo. Or are just pushing their own agenda.
