From 5 years or reading Dave's posts, he has consistently given me the impression that he will do what is in his best interests, regardless of the impact on others. If someone disagrees with Dave, Dave tends to belittle them.

Never having met the man, I could be mistaken, but that's the impression he has given me.

 

You tagged Otter as evidence that you care about more than yourself. You putting Otter in a truck was not an act of benevolence.

 

There will never believe a vaccine for hysteria or idiocy.

There won't be one for Coronavirus either.

Dave works tirelessly dispatching himself, Steve and me. I make a good living because Dave cares about a lot more than himself. He’s gotten trailers loaded for me and then met me after I’ve delivered to make sure we’re all profitable. He takes nothing but his normal cut. Nothing extra for getting loaded or dragging that trailer to a meeting location.

Yes he takes a cut of each load and has treated each of us with respect and honesty. He’s a business man. No one works for free, but he’s not raping and pillaging those that drive for him like a lot of other companies.

Anyone saying Dave only cares about himself doesn’t know Dave, and they can frankly go #### themselves.

It seems like you’re the one who is more upset about something.

You tried to harp me about what organization I send my money for helping those with coronavirus (which,in all honest truth is my business and not yours-nice try by the way). And you seem like you’re trying to bait people into thinking their answers are wrong.

 

To be fair. Most of us will do what is best for us first. Assuming it won't greatly harm another.

Does he bene from his drivers. Yes. It's a business. But he also takes risk and foots mechanical expense the 1st year

 

So where is the line? What constitutes acceptable regulation and what is restricitng personal liberty?
