So got a load of tires that came out of Mexico trailer number matches but seal number does not... Nothing is noted on bills from a secondary inspection by border patrol.... Not really comfortable hauling this load without being able to look inside trailer my self... Waiting to hear from company on what to do.... Opinions? Suggestions? Any regulations or laws I should be aware of?

Call your company and have them send a Qualcom message to you, on what to do. This way you're covered. Someone needs to sign off on the seal not matching and you shouldn't be the one to do it.
