Well I can try that. But it isn't going to be today. I'm kind of tired of fussing with it. For now. I also am pretty sure it isn't coming from the service side. When I set the brakes the only air it is releasing is from what is in the air tank. Once it is empty that is it. The spring brakes are then set 100%. Also when it is doing that there isn't much air left in the tank. Because not much leaks, it is very slow. Then when that tank is empty that is it.

Can you plumb up the used 110500 you have to tank air, air compressor, whatever, at the tank port?
See if it leaks out of the supply port?Kruse Family Farms Thanks this. -

A thought, which probably shouldnt but may matter. do your air bags dump with that same valve or are they seperate? If they dont have their own valve, they may be backfeeding enough air pressure through their own check valve to partially keep air in the tank/brakes?
This is 100% trying to think how it could possibly be happening, i am not a mechanic nor do i have any experience with how vans are set up btwKruse Family Farms Thanks this. -
I've seen kinked or frozen slider lines allow air to be pushed theough the kink/ice, but not back out.
Could you run shop air straight to the valve supply to eliminate that possibility?Kruse Family Farms Thanks this. -
