Sean Duffy now stating their going after shippers who load trucks of non English speaking drivers

Ill belive it when i see suits in cuffs and jail cells.

 

I think some of this has already had an effect. Im seeing more and more brokers saying "must speak English"

 

A few of our customers won't check you in unless they can understand you.

 

maybe USPS would be a good place to start

 

Good it'll weed out those creating chaos trying to make u-turns or unsafe maneuvers because they can't read English....

 

Are we actually seeing progress on all of this?

 

Sean doesn't read his own rules.

When is Sean going to do his job and go after carriers that hire non-english speakers.

He has no authority in the rules to go after shippers or brokers for non-english speakers. I wish he did, I wish he would. But, until a law is written, he has nothing and will do nothing.

All talk and no do.

 

Yeah, well when the shippers and receivers find their stuff parked on the side of the road, sooner or later they'll get the message.
