I have 7 months over the road experience which I understand is a bit short of what is typically wanted. I have been told the shipping docks, Sysco, and the train yards. I've considered talking to Swift about getting a local job. I'm not picky, just need employment in NYC. I do not plan on driving a semi thru any crowds so you can trust my desire to live in NYC is pure hearted and in the best interest of the American people haha.

Grocery Haulers in the Bronx said they need more drivers. Might want to check with the safety department to see what the requirements are. 7 months experience is kind of pushing the limits

I talked to a Schneider day cab driver down there. He hauls trailers of pallets around to different beverage suppliers, within a 50 mile radius of nyc. He’s out of a terminal in Elizabeth NJ, said he got on there after 6 months OTR. A cake job too.
