    icant get varification for a trucking company that went out of business, even with a w2, and a ticket all during the same time period, they say the w2 doesnt verify i was driving, and the ticket has a dot # that cant be verified, ANY ONE WHO MIGHT KNOW MICHAEL YOUNG THAT USED TO OWN FIRST LIGHT TRUCKING OUT OF GLASSBORO NJ, AND HAVE ANY INFO THAT I MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF HIM OR HIS SECRETARY, TONYA I THINK OR NBROTHER VINCENT YOUNG PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP, I COULD BE IN A TRUCK WITH A GREAT PAYING CAREER TODAY WITH THAT VERIFICATION.....

    That is it, the problem is that info is out dated, i have 4 or 5 different company names he has had and several phone #'s, as well as addresses and none of them are current, i even have a few dot #;s, i have called issurance carryers he had at the time, and i get nothing that i need, all i need is to verify this one driving experiance and i got the job, with my felonies and no recent drive time this is the only company i have found to give me a chance, driving me crazy," no pun intended"...

    Did you apply with the other companies people on this forum suggested? Carolina Cargo & some others? Did you check the "Seeking Jobs" thread? Sometime bedbuggers hire 2nd seat drivers & helpers; NAVL, Bekins, and others google can help with. Plenty of options out there to apply to.

    Kind of stuck to this one, i figire if they cant qualify me without that info, than i am gonna run into the same thing every where else, but i am gonna do that thanks...

    Some companies and 0/0's will cut some slack for you. They figure, if they help you, you will be a good employee. Many of the bedbuggers are 0/0's and so are the ones on Job Seekers.

    Go to the Secretary of State website for NJ and run all the company names and see what comes up then do an "Officer of the Company" search and type in his name or his brothers name and see if you get any different hits. I am assuming you have scanned through SAFER, correct?

    Read where Apergis Transportation out of Tacoma, WA hires Florida drivers, but a hard company to work for.

    Not accepting W2's for each of the years as employment verification is far from overboard and is an over excessive standard to set. How many trucking companies have folded in between 2008-2011? If you have the data you say then you will be hard pressed to find another company that will not accept this as proof.
