After a five year hiatus, I'm ready to get some seat time. Being semi-retired, and living in AZ, I'm looking into some seasonal work this summer either in construction (I owned three bellies before the crash), or harvest hauling in CA or the grain belt. Has anyone worked for Morning Star, the tomato carriers in CA? Any of the traveling harvest outfits in the mid west? Maybe some options for dump work during the summer in the north country? After most of forty years behind the wheel, I miss driving. I've driven most engine/trans combos and pulled flats, poles, car haulers, bellies and supers, blow downs, vans, and assorted odds and ends in all weather back to my twin stick days. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks Dave

I watch some of that on TV and don't know if I'm up for that. I don't get seasick and it would be fun for about a week, but if I didn't like it, it would be a problem because I hate to quit something halfway thru. Thanks tho. Twenty three years in Teamsters. Hate to watch it's demise here in AZ.

First, thanks for getting back. Found some reviews on Tiger, uhmm....72hrs=$585 gross? Several talking about low pay. I hauled cars 48 states as an O/O, I can do some hours, but I expect to get paid. Lowrie bears checking into tho. We have a travel trailer so it makes no diff where we go. Going to con't research and start making calls next month. I'll finish my present job late May.
