Well Friday I got a seat belt ticket. I had the top portion behind my back..
Can i, should I fight it? I have a clean mvr and that's probably a strong point for me.
Also I recently had a 2nd degree misdemeanor added to my record will it be treated as a felony and will it prevent me from getting most jobs?
Also im looking for a good otr job to apply to.

Why did you do that in the first place?
You should know better to appear legal at all times.

Oooops your bad on the seat belt ticket. As for the misdemeanor, depends on what it is, how old it is, and the company you apply to. Also, if it ain't settled, you may wanna handle that first

There should be a plastic clamp on the cab pillar behind your left shoulder. Run the belt through that and clamp it to where you can barely stick a finger between your chest and belt. If you are so sensitive as to have to shove the belt elsewhere no wonder you got ticket.
Check with your doctor and have that chest wall and sternum examined if your wearing a belt hurts too much up there.CruzControhl Thanks this.
