I hope the courts martial is completed before Trump leaves office, so he can pardon Gallagher and any other SEALs that were involved in killing those terrorists.

What ever happened to "Shoot, Shovel, & Shut-up"? It seems that the military is getting just as bad as the general public about the "Ethical thing to do"... As far as I'm concerned, All is Fair in Love & War! Hope this HERO beats this crap.
Swiss Mountain Dog, Blackshack46 and Mattflat362 Thank this. -
I just can't believe we have come to the point of eating our own. ISIS are a bunch of baby raping animals that deserve no quarter. So sad that our heroes now have to worry about losing the freedom they fight for.hagarcobra, Swiss Mountain Dog, Cattleman84 and 2 others Thank this.

Just a thought..... how does the brig differ from a jail or prison?

I think this is a fitting place to put this.
I'm proud to be an American and grateful to Gallagher and his fellow service men and women for their service to us and this country.kemosabi49, 7-UP, Swiss Mountain Dog and 1 other person Thank this. -
This country is going to implode simply because the idiots are allowed to make the rules and change them minute by minute. I just can't even....

Funny, America led the charge in prosecuting war criminals after World War Two. But now they deny the authority of the World Court in the prosecution of Americans for their misdeeds in recent actions.
joshuapowell61 and RedBeardedT Thank this. -
He gets his "due process". If he did cover it up, he has dishonored the military, and committed a crime. We can not lower our standards to treating anyone like that victim was treated. The victim did not get his due process. He was stabbed to death, not charged in court and allowed to plead his case. Is this how we expect the largest military in the world to act?
joshuapowell61 and RedBeardedT Thank this. -
The victim was a war combatant and the guy who stabbed him and those circumstances are a separate issue from this guy being accused of covering it up when he did report it up chain.
