It's the lowest amount of radiation I could think of for a job.

A modern semi it's all electronic, many different computers.

Ridgeline, Thank you so very much for explaining all that great info. I like the HotShot style, haul RV style, or expedited freight van style ideas. About shielding any vehicle against electrical and EMF fields, yeah its a major multi faceted task. I've spoken with specialists and otherwise researched a lot about different materials and how perfect it has to be done in order to even have a chance for it to maybe be good enough. A real set of problems, even if the investment and expertise is available.
Question just to get this out of my mind: regarding Peterbilt truck cabs and all the tech parts used several or more years ago on those specific trucks and cabs, does your advice still apply or are they possibly conducive to any degree of success? (My guess is theirs style is more metal and less composite, and they're of an older and better looking style!) And /or does another non new brand/ model come to mind? (I'll focus on the hauling/hotshot/van stuff though)
Another thing about RF window shielding, and the need for other shielding otherwise in the car... yeah its hell as now with the stuff on the windows, even though the supplier was confused and said this shouldn't have happened, claiming the film with silver in it wasn't ferromagnetic, the EMF fields in the car are now higher than before the window application! I EASILY feel the difference, and my TriField meter proves as well with noticeably higher readings. This really sucks on so many levels.

Roundhouse, I keep my phone on airplane most of the time. When 3g and 4g talk antenna and data antenna are on just enough to download maps, do some texting, some internet page loads, and high priority phone calls if any, the other antennas are ALWAYS off on my phone all the time (location (uses wifi unless you set it GPS only), Bluetooth, NFC, wifi, 2G, 5G, device sharing).
I need to move again and setup another land line and wired and shielded desktop. However I'm sick of each new living space attempt not working out, 14 times in 9.5 years, even excluding living in a car twice for more than half a year each.

Well this is the easiest form of transportation work you can get and it is something you can control.
Everything from the manner the panels are formed to the types of door seals to how the wiring is routed matters. I knew people at GM whose only jobe was to figure out how to route the wiring in order to minimize RD radiation from the computers in the car.
I don't know much about Petes, I own only two in the fleet and they are rather new, the drivers hate them. However, I prefer Western Star but their sleepers are composite material panels.
I explained what I would use, I like Dodge but Ford with mechanical systems work just as well. I know of a guy who took a sprinter - the 5-cylinder model and completely shielded the electronics in it, that was not easy but it took out a lot of the ultrasonics in the cab.
    Was the film "grounded"?

You have to understand how compact the electronics are in a car with many places where RF leakage occurs. I can see why it would increase your exposure.

    O
Id look for a job on a remote ranch in Montana or Wyoming

my cousin worked at one for a couple years .

You don’t mention if you have a family , but if you’re single , you can work at lots of jobs in remote locations with no RF equipment

I think I read a story a while back about a town in AZ or NM that was designated as a RF free area ?
And there was lots of people living there to get away from the RF

    I have some bizarre medical
Issues , so I’m empathetic to your situation.

I think I have it. My phone or computers don’t bother me, but I’m deathly allergic to ELDs, radar guns, and some sort of EMP that they emit from chicken coops.

I had a drone up on Souix falls south Dakota fly over me while is getting my flat unloaded and I'm sure I'm in another data base. I didn't like that.

US 30 takes a picture of yeah in a car or a truck comes to Valparaiso. I dint like that either. Always wear the Seat belt and put down the phone. Are there scales in the ground too? I don't think so, but but but.

I grew up watching this on the 80's. Fuel bought in cash, drivers traded receipts. Log book for each state. All kinds of stuff. But all tech isn't bad. I had not been on FB in 14 years. I am now for my kid's events. Anyhow every AM I check a few groups. One is "I SPY PORTABLES OHIO". Learn to use technology in your own advantage I say.

ROUNDHOUSE : I have no family of my own, and am not in a relationship now either. I mentioned some details in a prior post in this thread.

Anyhow, yes, it is horrific how some of us have to deal with serious health issues that either or both of these are true:
    1) no real fix (and partial fixes or mitigation is a real complicated mess and or expensive)
    2) many people have no clue and are close minded or even negative about it.

Most doctors are no help either although the 2 I found who have EHS have partial fixes.

I've learned some entirely next level health boosting stuff if you'd like to learn. I could save you a decade of time searching. How can we connect to talk?

Grounded, no, they say it is not ground able. I thought of trying that anyways, and also grounding the car with one of those bendable spring loaded (by tension, not a spring, I think) rubber/ metal grounding "flaps" (??)

However I read online from some guys very detailed "report" of vehicular shielding installation info, do's and don't's, on how to shield a car on the inside. He said grounding the entire car with that flap does nothing. Someday I'll try it anyways. One thing I've learned from all of this is there are countless variables and inconsistencies.

It has a lot of data on car selection to begin with, that are low EMF. Talks about defaulting tires, much more. It may be by one of the guys that actually lives at SNOWFLAKE ARIZONA, which is the town of EHS and MCS people that one of you guys here mentioned in your reply.

I have emailed them a couple times, and intend to visit.

I'd like to eventually have a serious discussion and possibly even meet the guy you mentioned who has installed shielding successfully. Him or others I have noticed online. I've learned a lot but haven't done hands on installs yet. Just have a lot of knowledge, meters, and the film installed by a tint shop. Eventually, whether it is a work truck/van, and or a personal car (sedan to drive), I want and need to get it done really well (all shielding and mods). I like the idea of working on it myself but thing is I don't want to spend a lot and months later realize a failure only to have an expert see it in person and within 5 minutes say I had a fundamental flaw in my design strategy! I'd love to work on a solution while paying someone. I even got hard to find whiskey bottles to share/give.

My reply to several of you well intentioned guys about living rural, yeah I agree. However I have these issues /hurdles to deal with.
Must have an economical chiro near where I live (I buy Joint chiro yearly packages to save many thousands a year, and those stores aren't everywhere. Most private chiro practices cost a lot more.)
When it comes to living space, and jobs, rural or not, it takes just one issue big enough, to make the room too toxic for me to sleep in, or to be working in. If it's a lot of moving around and I'm in semi hot spots intermittently, that's one thing. But if it's a hot zone and I'm told to stand there for 8 hours, hell no. I've had stuff that 3 seconds of exposure gave me a headache that lasted 3 days through painkillers.

I'm trying to find a job that I actually like, and either has a decent wage and / or has cool skills with value worth learning. If you have any ideas for rural or any jobs wherever, I'm happy to listen. I've been looking.

For reference, Fork Lifts (at least those at Sam's Club) have a strong magnetic field. Many lights overhead I can walk or work intermittently under, but if I'm stuck under them for 40 hrs a week I'm screwed. There are so many things to avoid it's an obstacle course from hell. Often all this time and effort goes into starting a job or room, only for a serious issue to be encountered soon or later.

In summary, even if the rare answer is found, a change can ruin it. The idea of driving in a shielded vehicle that *I control, and know my work space and sleeping space is safe* would be an answer from Heaven itself. However that hasn't happened.

Do any of you know any HotShot or Cargo Van companies that would hire someone like me who has no experience but is *really serious about showing loyalty and is really motivated?*

But I'll still need CDL school, right? I've called numerous schools and recruiters and my need to avoid wifi in the cab during training is a no go.

I just want to be part of a team.
