Seeking reviews on Cummins Signature 600

I maybe wrong, but I believe the truck would need to have been registered before 2023 to be elog exempt. My understanding is you can still run an older motor, but you won't be elog exempt. There are brand new trucks on truck paper with older motors, I think they are titled as reconstructed or something like that.
