I can't tell you in words how important the drivers before me are.my dad parked his truck, made it to the end of hood and fell over dead, massive heart attack never knew what hit him

Last time I saw my dad I was headed out he was coming home we did little wave, his best friend tracked me down. Came long way out of his way, needless to say there was no speed limit that day.

Sorry about your Mom. Much too soon to sort that out, I think. Like to hear if you get the truck.

Have own truck now leased to small co.the w900 would be a tribute/show truck as a small show of thanks,to parents for all they did.think about where you would be without them.

I learned a lot from this forum. I give it all the credit for making me think out of a box and inspiring me to give chasing rates a try. Getting out here and doing it is the only real way to learn. Never read any books or participated in any webinars. Just used my own instincts based off years of driving trucks and dove right in.

Nothing beats experience, had bad experience with broker earlier in week.dealt with inexperienced broker, for large outfit, had posted as van or fb,booked load get to shipper, see no way to load in van.lesson learned it cost profit, because was great paying load for a van.leased to small co. So my travel agent gets involved, screams at newbie broker till she hangs up. Did no one any good.made good contact with small broker next morning,so now have new line on freight, they have 3-5 loads a week coming within 40 miles of yard.
