I've been self employed for the last 10 years. I am going to apply to a company paid CDL school. In order to verify my work history, what paperwork will I need? Going to apply to Swift, Schneider, and CFI.

Usually tax returns, any type of paperwork that shows you had a professional license (contractor, etc) and bank records showing business income. Will vary from carrier to carrier.
