Well you've got the right attitude in terms.of aggressively applying for companies. If Western does hire you, I think you'll have a better chance at making good money doing flatbed. You'll go out with a trainer for a month. Over time, lifting that tarp will get you to a point of being able to lift 100 lbs. You need a little more time to hone your skills, that's all. Just take it easy slow down, and itll be fine. It's these new companies that get a little nitpcky about certain moves a driver makes. Somewhat aggravating because drivers get let go before they really get their feet wet.
Even if you choose their van division, or any other company, try to get with a trainer for a little while longer. .aybe you weren't quite ready to go solo.
