Sure and after having losing their job many people probably wouldn't be willing to pay for a lawyer with money they'll be needing to live off of until they get work again.

I always found it strange tjat people go after unemployment in the first place because it usually only pays about half of what you would get from a full check. Id rather get another job ASAP and keep the wages coming in full throttle but that's just me.

You don’t need an attorney to do an appeal! I have done one for myself and made them look absolutely stupid! I have also helped a few others to understand the laws being sidestepped and how as well as what to say. It’s also adviseable that when they list your termination in a questionable manner, to never file online or on a recorded response line. Take the time to call and speak with someone or show up in person. I have seen this totally avoid them trying to railroad people.

In today’s world information at your finger tips you don’t even need to visit the library to see what ground you do or don’t have to stand on and you would be surprised at how many actually beat them on appeal.

Getting any job might be easy, but getting the right job is not always as easy! If I can I would prefer being paid a little something while I wait for the right job. Also Depending on your line of work and the economy finding a decent job isn’t always as easy as apply today, start tomorrow.

If you consider a mounted (fixed) camera being stuck in your face... You're just the person I described... Drama much? skft-50f60bc10fb091b8737d2e5cceb73ff9.jpg

Find a different sandbox to play in if you don’t like what’s required to play in theirs. Simple. But when faced with the reality of having a driver facing cam most people will weigh it against pay and decide if they’re willing to put up with it or not. And the reality is that a lot of people say absolutely not until they’re faced with making a choice and then they find they can live with it for the right compensation.

So tell me that you've never seen one of these cameras without telling me you've never seen one of these cameras. LOL!!! Some of you people are just entertaining as hell.. but way too many of you really REALLY want to play the victim on literally every topic. Why not just get ahead of all this and just go work at a shoe store or something?

I have seen one. I have never worked for a company that used them operationally, but I have seen one.

You think you are better than anyone else? You try to insult people because YOU think you know MORE than someone else?

Well, you dont. So why dont you grow up for a change? I mean seriously man, you come off as nothing but a troll which is the way I will treat you from now on (read that to mean you are on ignore in case you and Al Bundy didnt understand what that meant).

    Have a nice life.

Its those that buy into the bull s that are ruining the world. Over time they will enslave themselves and wonder how they got there! Leave Al alone he has enough issues to deal with.

Putting them on ignore is about all you can do because they will never open thier eyes till its too late!

A company can choose to put a driver facing camera in their truck, and employees can choose if their job and pay is suitable for having a camera in the truck. That’s how the market should work. Obviously there are quite a few drivers that feel their compensation is adequate for having a driver facing cam because if it wasn’t they’d simply seek employment elsewhere.

Company owners have to weigh the perceived savings against possible driver and owner operator turnover. That’s how the market should work.
