I run some seriously rough roads, those backing plates break around the bolt holes, so I have to replace them sometimes. lol I have started welding fender washers where they come together on the split side to keep the vibration down some, seems like they last a lot longer with that little mod.

Interesting. I will check them out while I'm cursing under there.

There are so many things that don't add up here. If the slack adjuster moves freely so does the cam and it's not cammed over nor are the bushings rusted or stuck.

Then with Full lockers you managed to move the truck a few feet but the brakes on one axle are still stuck? All four wheel ends had to have turned with full lockers,

Not if the interlock is not in too. Or could be a problem with the locker or a busted axle. Hope not.

Nope, no busted axle, and no busted diff. Locked everything up, both axles and threw the interaxle on for good measure. The only set of wheels that didn't move was the one that's frozen up. The rest turned, even with all the locks off too.

That's not possible if everything is working properly. Inter axle and both lockers equals all rear wheels turning

Eaton or rockwells. rockwells are positive locking, eatons have a clutch in the lockers. It would be possible, but more probable that that axle is not locking for some reason.

I'm pretty new and might not understand what you've done so far, but have you backed the adjuster off a good bit yet? I've done that to free frozen shoes, back off until they ping. Also something like brake cleaner sprayed in there might help with chemical bonds without being a lubricant. Also acetone.

    Update.

Couldn't access 2 of the 4 shield bolts due to the wheel position and frame and other parts getting in the way. Also, on the side that I could see there is a plate on top of the shield with 2 1" head bolts holding it on. The shield is under that plate on one end of it.

I again used the winch bar and beat the snot out of it to see if I could bang those shoes loose, if indeed they are on the drum. That didn't work, but it did release some frustration on my part.

    The truck remains stuck.
