A link to what? A monistat commercial?
Yes I had gym class and slumber parties. I didn't learn stuff like that in either, I learned how to take care of my body from my mama and my doctor.

Baby wipes are kinda....nasty. Leave a residue. There are nice fresh big moist wipes in the incontinence section of Walmart. They are used for keeping the bedridden clean. They're called Fresh 'n Up, and they cost less than $2.50 for 48.
I might wear a pair of pants for two days, but I change my shirt, bra, drawers and sox every day. Different shoes every day. If you saw how many shoes and boots I have in my truck, you'd slap me!
That Deep Vein Thrombosis thing is sure an issue. They even harp about it when you fly. I use my cruse contol as much as possible so I can flex my feet and move my legs and stretch them out a bit to keep my circulation good.
Also on the yeast issue, a sugary, carb-laden diet feeds it. Some folks have cronic problems that only oral meds can handle.
If you don't have a pair of shower shoes for when you use truck stop facilities, there is something wrong with you. They cost a couple of bucks. That goes for you guys who HAVE the cronic foot fungus that spread it all around.
A small spray bottle with a disinfecting bleach solution is inexpensive and works well.
Someone once wondered, do they actually wash the towels or just throw them in the dryer? Something to think about. There are some places I just don't trust to shower.rocknroll nik and NDBADLANDS Thank this. -

Get off your duff and go for a walk. Take your breaks and "air out". I gave a buddy of mine "Anti-Monkey Butt" powder. NO KIDDING!!! (His air conditioning quit working). It can be found in truck stops and sometimes at Wal-Mart.
rocknroll nik Thanks this. -
Always lot's of clean socks, don't drive while wet, make sure your AC works, lots of talc and foot powder, shower as often as you can, flip flops in public showers is a matter of survival. Keep a roll of TP in the truck with you. Use it instead of rest area TP (avoid sandpapering your backside).
And keep a toothbrush close to the driver seat. I've even used my coffee as toothpaste and to rinse after brushing - anything is better than nothing when you've no time to spare. -

rocknroll nik Thanks this.

When I do not get to take a shower, I use baby wipes! They do a great job.
I am soaking wet after securing and tarping a load, and I have not had any issues. -
We all just know to darn much about each other. Between the threads like this, food threads, piddle threads, and the ones on constipation, diarrhea and gas.......we just all know WAY to much about each other.
*shudders in mild revulsion*Ducks, rocknroll nik and JimDriv3r Thank this.
