    You are right on about DVT and how us drivers are at risk. It's interesting that the airlines, on long flights, tell their passengers about this and recommend that they get up and walk around every couple hours to counter this. But at the same time the trucking industry says nothing to their drivers about this. I guess they find it easier to just replace us as we wear out.

    Set the cruise control and get up and stretch every half hour to an hour! Couple laps around the sleeper to keep the blood circulating!
