I'm considering going over there. 95% of their freight either picks up or delivers in Florida. Take a load out, your next one comes right back, repeat. Benefits are better than where I am now. 3-5 weeks on the road before I see Florida again (like I'm doing now) gets old. Only catch is I would have to take a $0.04 pay cut. Normally that would be a deal breaker, HOWEVER....I would have to take a pay cut in order to be home more no matter where I went because I've researched it and that's one of the things I discovered. It's really just a matter of "Do I continue to go a month at a time before I see Florida again while making a little more money, or do I make a little bit less and see Florida regularly?"
