    I ended up taking the "hound", a very long uncomfortable ride haha!

    Everything is done, now I'm playing the waiting game! Since I already have my CDL-A, I just have roll call and sim class. I'm planning on focusing on my pre trip for the next couple days, and getting in any extra sim time I can get.

    The sims are okay, the feel of the truck just isn't there. I'm trying to break myself of some of the bad habits I developed before, like keeping my hand off the shifter when not shifting etc..

    Everything's going good, this was definitely a good decision, coming to Prime.

    Got evaluated today and passed everything! I'm now officially a C-seat Prime employee! Talked with Jason in ops today and should have a tnt trainer tomorrow!

    It's been a good day!

    Met my trainer today and spent some time driving around town. The FM has us available for dispatch at 8am tomorrow, time to hit the road!

    If you get to a yard while in training (Pittston, SLC) laundry is cheaper.

    Pack light but also pack for weather.

    If you bring a suitcase and a couple of duffles and a back pack ...and a shoulder bag .... (Whew ) and a laptop bag...( yes I've sern a couple of students come into Springmo like that) expect to have to leave some stuff behind.
