    Does a person who helped me to open a trucking company have right to keep paperwork copies for his records after I fire him and revoke power of attorney?
    The guy turned out to be a screw up,I don't want him to have any of my ,or my companies info

    You should have paperwork you make him sign to keep certain papers and take them to get them legalized so if something happens sue the poop out of him

    Looking for legal advice is like looking for medical advice on Google. Not good. If its that important don't trust or listen to truck stop lawyers. All you're going to get is anecdotal stories of what they did or what someone they know did. Seek a real lawyer. Best of luck. Hope it turns out well.
