settle an arguement please

Let me clarify that last post about Benzos. My Nuerosurgeon back in 2005 thought to put me on Xanax.

My car driving went to total hash, making rookie mistakes what might well be a neon sign to any LEO to come lasso me right quick.

I floated through life that first year. It's not... something I care to repeat. I decided enough was enough and stopped it cold turkey. It took 18 months before the body quit having trouble with that stuff. Essentially like someone holding puppet string on everything I own in my body. Only it's not mine anymore.

Neurosurgeon said that I was only one of three in her 70 year history of being a doctor to quit that stuff and stay out of it. I know enough not to take it. Now Valium is a good subsitute but only for MRI etc. and it's out in a couple hours. The next line is IV Versed. Your memory of what they are about to butcher you does not exist after.

 

That was actually my first thought when I read the post,lol.

 

I will go one step further with my example. There are several companies that do hair testing as well as urinalysis. They are under no obligation to the feds to do hair testing. But they do. That being said if your friend wanted to get in to this industry he probably could. I'm no expert on drugs. But as long he was not under the influence while driving could probably get away with it.

 

The thing is with arguments or as you put it "debating" one always feels that one is right and one is wrong, that is not always the case, sometimes your both right or your both wrong however someone always feels that they have to win or not give in. As long as you have no illegal substances in your system you'll both be fine, if your really worried stay dry for a few weeks/ months get an independent drug test done if you come up clean then apply for the job.
