    Very true but honestly they didn't accomplish anything to change things. They still have the same program going and drivers willing to take the chance. With these types of programs being so prevalent in the industry it will take a lot of time and work to correct the issue.

    Oh I'm sure they accomplished something... They showed CRE where the weak spots and holes are in the contracts... By now CRE has fixed those weak spots, and plugged those holes to make it even harder for the next people to sue CRE
