sharp transport

When hired I was told yes you can take truck home then no you can't .I was told we get holiday pay but we are not as good as office staff so no we don't they say you get quarterly bonus if you average 10,000 miles a month but your lucky if you get 8,000 they try to get out of paying stop pay, layover pay,and they keep our detention pay .I've checked and some brokers have confirmed they did pay x amount of pay for detention but it never got to me . I feel its companies like this that are ruining this industry for everyone.

I need to clarify that this is sharp transport out of Nashville and Ethridge tn. There is another sharp somewhere else but I don't know anything about them. I also forgot to mention they don't want you to idle your truck and we don't have APU'S on our trucks
