Okay, wife started Orientation Monday the 12th and got her ID# wednesday. We are taking today (thursday) off to visit family before we head out tomorrow for her 150 hrs btw training. We are both happy and look forward to our new adventure and I am happy because it will finally be my wife and Me, together at last...LOL Some may have been following my life on here since I became a member in 2008, so those that have will know the relationship that my wife and I have had. All I can say now is; IT IS ALL GOOD!
HD_Renegade, mtnMoma and Jarhed1964 Thank this. -
Best of luck to you SheepDog and your wife on your new adventure together.

Thanks JackDylan.... we are doing good...
I am not a whiner or complainer but there are a few things that all need to know and that USXpress needs to fix! Simply put, there weekend shift is not up to par. As a solo, this company will swap you from a day driver to a night driver, in a heart beat. My body does not do well at night but works wonders during the day. I have told them this before and before that. This company has a "forced dispatch" system and it states in their handbook that if you refuse a load you can be terminated. I cant stand sitting all day waiting on a load than get a pp that has a pick up at midnight to deliver the following morning. All the Amazon loads suck, and appointment times are always off. Be told by USXpress that your appointment is at 18:30, just to show up and be told it is at 23:00 and than not actually get your load till 01:15 the next morning...than have to run all night to make delivery! I am NOT a robot! Nor super human, though I can do what it takes, thanks to the military. The Forced Dispatch is the worst thing about this company and I Look forward to getting my own truck. Thanks for listening to my rant...highwayman and mtnMoma Thank this. -
All companies are like that. You get used to it after awhile.

Get use to the BS US EXPRESS I have only been here 3 months and iv been thru more hell and BS HERE THAN another company I've been with. I had very high hopes coming here and after only 3 months I wish I worked for minimum wage somewhere else. I've denied 2 dententions twice on the same ones I've been in shop 3 times lost 2 weeks pay and going on a 3rd week now. Took over a month to get my breakdown pay 4 pays where I've owed company money from having to live off advances. Not getting moles to pay anything at home so gas gets shut off late on rent I haven't even made money to pay a ticket for having tandems back to for. I've talked to several people and nothing has change. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. All b safe out there and good luck

You had a bad experience, but by your own posts it seems you were at fault for not doing a thorough pretrip and hauling a trailer (empty) that you thought was loaded that did not even have a seal. I guarantee you that it was covered in orientation that you are never to move a loaded trailer without a seal. That is why they give you extra seals in your packet from outbound.
Why you keep hanging out here is beyond memusicgal Thanks this.
