Hey everbody whom can read this. Just a littles words and you will be able for guess why everything happened. I has broken and separate in two differents parts my shift stick and my knob, behind this problem came the air leak from one of the air lines wich keep working the selector switch by the friction between the hose and metal. My truck run. perfectly? I guess yes, the DOT not. But I need know where, how long and if you know how much it's cost do this reconstruction operation, because I still running, but is clearly is a big danger. Big thanks to everyone

Thank you for following this matter folk, I've tried putting Epoxy on the hole from out the leak, but I think it's hot inside, because it's not holding the pressure and re-start to leak or the problem itself is the hot on The metal bar wich make it melt, you talk about the duct tape that make sense, but what mean $ 90? What is the cost of a real reconstruction?

I think you need to replace it with another factory spec manual stick made for your specific transmission.

I have never heard of or seen a transmission shifter and it's tree fall apart. Have the shop install a replacement and you will be happy with it.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.
