    Billy Ray...exactly. This thread wasn't started to find out how to deal with these sorry ### shippers and receivers. We all know what we CAN do. It's not about nuts...it's about accountability. Why does it fall exclusively on our shoulders? I've gotten judgements for us in small claims etc...but that's not what we should have to be going through. That's the point. Why the hell do we have to deal with it? Today was great...all five loads moved like clock work. Thank God for it. Tomorrow, all five might be awful.
