Yes,nuclear plants I used to visit regularly were Bridgeman,Mich,Berwick,Pa,Eureka,Ca.,and one west of Richmond,Va. Forget it's name. Every one had different procedures, some were pretty decent guys, others, pita. The one in my story was in Calvert Cliffs,Md,always a PITA.
Other super crazy nuclear security was nuclear sub base in Bangor,Wa. and Kings Island Ga. Used to haul product between them and Electric Boat,Groton,Ct, where they used to build the subs. That was before 9/11 was crazy tight then. Can only imagine now how it is.

    Calvert Cliffs.

I know that place like the back of my hand.

I think Groton still builds subs, Electric Boat I think they are called. Security is probably outrageous now that 9-11 has come and gone.

But Calvert Cliffs. What a place. We used to visit there often. Remind me to ask my father why the hell we travel all the way down the bay to hicktown just to visit a nuclear plant that we have to stand overlooking top of a hill after a long walk.

The very best power anything I ever had in my lfie was gaining access as a child with my father to the guts of the Conowingo Dam and watching the silver turbines as big as the house spinning with the water going through below them making power. The humming was ... sensual. (Big adult word. but it's really close to the feeling inside that joint as a kid.. whoo what power) remember I was deaf and relied on feeling more than hearing.
