Shop & Inventory management recomendations

Hi all,
I was curious if anyone is working for a trucking company that also has a shop, and if so what tool or combination of tools you use to track inventory, hours worked, etc.

I've courted a few options but we are a Canadian company that does much of our miles in the US so multi currency support has been a challenge.

I'm open to reaching out and speaking with software vendors about meeting our requirements but looking for some recommendations rather than relying on the best ranking pages on Google.
