    I've always felt you've got good points when you're speaking about what you know. @AModelCat is a mechanic by trade. He knows. Let's not #### on our good members.

    Let me break it down. There's two types of people:

    1. I just found a wallet with money on the ground. What luck!!! I can finally pay my electric bill.
    2. I just found a wallet with money on the ground. It's not mine. I need to find a way to get it back to it's owner.

    You're one or the other.

    If the bill is legit, then you owe it. Call me old school, but I believe in honor.

    @TallJoe

    Don't take it as an attack. Whenever you post, I grab my popcorn and my notepad, and I know I'm in for some instruction. But you're one or the other. People might say the world is "dog eat dog", but I'm not down with that.

    Bean Jr. and Rideandrepair Thank this.

    I'll tell you what I am sorry and feel bad...I'll delete my previous post maybe I should have kept it quiet. After all, peace for all. I need a drink and go to bed.

    Yes. The right thing is to return the wallet. I am a wallet loser myself and my wife knows it because lately I lost hers for a change too. It was always returned to us. Always intact. I would do it too, if I ever found one. People are good to you, if you are good to them.

    I have found a wallet, opened it to check ID, made a few calls, and found the owner, then drove it to them.

    But someone losing their wallet, is far different than a business screwing someone.

    In a perfect world your right. In this case you have one chance to get it right. Exchanging of money is sacred. Get it right the first time. It's easy to speak in platitudes, but I fail to remember anytime I have harassed someone on the phone after I screwed up. When you pay the bill your done.
    I'm willing to pay outrageous prices for high end work. This outrageous price includes not having some moron burning my phone up telling me he forgot to add something to my bill.
