We’ve got one in my shop. It was neat in the beginning, then it was time consuming then we went to balance beads/compounds.... now the only joy I get from it is seeing the drivers face when wheel is spinning 70mph 3-4 inches off the concrete and it’s jumping 2-3 in!!! I will never forget the one who fell over the trash can trying to back away from it!!!!
Anyway. Beeline Corp is who we bought ours from. There’s a chance you could look up their number on the www. , give them a call and see who they’ve sold one to in your area. It’s a long shot, but if I was for hire and I had just paid for it then I would want everyone to know!!!
Shops that can do "on vehicle wheel balancing"?

It might not be as obvious but the power steering box can cause vibrations. Most people don't think thrice of it unless it's leak fluid.
The gears inside might have alot of play.
Does your shaft have play?
With the engine off do you have play? And is there movement transferred to the wheels?
A little is alot when you are moving down the road and the power steering working.
Just my own opinion and experienceOldeSkool Thanks this.
