I have no problems with anyone here, except when they wanna play BillyBigrigger/Supertrucker with everybody and bully people around. Further, I have no problem with anything said to me in an open forum regarding the issue I am addressing. However, this I have a problem with!
In PM to me, RERUN said>>> " **BAD WORD** you.........."
    to which I responded:
SO, What's your point, rerun? Stop acting like such an #######. It is considered by most people of at least average intelligence to be not only rude, but an expression of great ignorance to attack a person, rather than the issue at hand. I would really appreciate if you would just be a little nicer to everyone. Keep in mind that if you walk around long enough witha chip on your shoulder, someone will come along and knock it off!

And to which I would like to further respond... ReRun, I will Kick your ##* up between your shoulderblades! Grab a broom, because you will need it to sweep up your teeth! You better be on the pill, because I'm gonna F*** you up!!!

To be honest, I've seen some very "dumb" people, who couldn't write their own name, run successful businesses. That aside, intelligence has nothing at all to do with this thread, nor the subject inquired about.

As a matter of fact, I do.

    Apples and oranges.

I thought long and hard about how to answer this, because it is a direct challenge, and at the same time, it's a question.

Yes, I have absolutely run a business myself. More than one, as a matter of fact.

The difference between you and myself, is that I am not one that will attempt to read between the lines of what someone offers, and attempt to make assessements of their particular situation, and will instead answer what they inquire about.

You are STILL reading more into his post than he ever offered. You are STILL making assumptions as to his situation, when information to that effect was not offered.

From where I sit, he's attempting to rectify any level of ignorance that he may suffer from.

The REAL question is...will YOU attempt to do the same?

a "PM" is just that, a "private message" which you cannot do anything about.

its the way people can say things freely without being deleted by an over zealous moderator, since its not being posted on the boards..........

first, give it your best shot........

second, a "PM" is just that, a "private message", turbo, portladdriver, cybergal, not even the admin "truckers" can do anything about a "PM". since its not posted here on the boards, no one but the intended person can read it, offending no one here..........

i can "freely" PM anyone, say as i wish, and nothing can be done..........get a clue as to how forums work..............

I guess you'll have to find out just what I can do. The use of the private message function is also addressed in the terms of use section of this site, and you violated it big time.

How many other boards have you been ousted from? You just don't get it, do you? You really have some kind of nerve to enter a new forum of ANY kind, and think that everyone is going to fall all over themselves in appreciation of you putting people down when they are seeking serious answers to their questions.

    I told you once, and I'll tell you again. If you have any problem with my form of moderation, then you feel free to offer your complaint to Kevin;

    http://www.trucking.jobs.thetruckersreport.com/Feedback.Suggestion_Feedback.html

I don't think you'll get any sympathy from him though, but PLEASE...give it your best shot.

You've got two choices today, and they are simple. You offer a public apology in this thread for the ## remark that you sent to EliRose privately, AND apologize to everyone else that uses this site for your lack of manners, or choose NOT to do these two things, and Kevin will be contacted tomorrow morning to ban your user identity and IP address, and every post you offer will be deleted on sight until that is in place.

If you DO choose to submit to offer your apologies, then all that has happened will be shoved under the rug, deleted from existence, and this will be put behind us. The fact is, when you're not being a complete jerk, you have a great deal to offer others. Why you feel the need to be impolite at times, is something I just don't understand.

It's completely up to you to show all of us what kind of man you truly are.

    ReRun,

I see where you do have some good points in this forum BUT c'mon! Please do NOT send stuff like that to people in PM's. Look, you and I have talked about this stuff before as well. We ALL get frustrated and feel like saying certain things at times but NOT DOING SO makes us a step above the animals, you know?

WISDOM, is knowing what to say, when to say it, and how to say it. While TurboTrucker is NOT perfect (nor am I) I will stand behind him. I simply cannot accept badgering and abuse of him or any of the moderators. We literally have thousands of Registered Users and if we let this get out of hand then it will be no better than channel 19.

I realize that you get fired up (obviously) at times but please tone it down, deal?
