Should I a buy a used kenworth t660 Cummins isx 15x

Looking to purchase my first rig to get my authority going . Found a steal deal on a kenworth t660 6xx,xxx miles Cummins isx15 450hp . Guy claims to have all maintenance records . He’s running super singles . I won’t be able to run the truck till august due to a surgery I have coming up soon . But this just seems like a deal I have to grab and sit on it till I’m ready to go . Any information is appreciated thanks ! I do live in #### California so I have to run a def truck and by 2023 it’s gotta be 2010 and newer so this seems like a no brainer . But maybe I’m missing something

It’s a 2010 they’re asking 16k I was going to show up with cash and see if I can bargain down to 13k 14k

Gotcha . The owner claims to have all maintenance records of repairs . If he’s repaired enough parts on the truck that would go bad , wouldn’t I be a fool to not buy the truck ?
