Should I buy a Pete 379 or Freightliner Classic?

    You mentioned in your opening comment about hauling 40ft. containers so Rollin Coal along with the rest of us probably assumed thats what you would be pulling.

    If you buy a mid roof just get a air dam, its a fin type thing, you can get them in stainless and fiberglass, for petes and kw's, Some I don't now.

    I haul train containers. And it was between a condo freightliner and the midroof pete no flat tops. So I've decided I'm going to save up a bit more and get a pete. The difference in fuel between both isn't big enough for me to not get my dream truck. Thank you all for your help. I just wanted a better response from people who have actually driven these trucks.
