ok, I am looking for some companies in the Dallas / Ft Worth area now. I seen one that said, $23 hr with $2500 signing bonus. Should I look for hourly or miles pay? Should I look outside to another city or state?

I don't know if it is a local job, or OTR but the sign is and warehouse is 10 min from me. It doesn't matter at this point, just want to get some experience. lol -

Anybody have a step deck with 8' top deck? Any issues with clearance between trailer and truck?
