I don't think I could switch to anything else. I love verizon but hate $180/month bill.

I saw at walmart today pre-paid Verizon 4GB data phones unlimited talk and messaging for $70 a month.

I have T-Mobile but I'm going to go the Verizon way. 2 years on the road dealing with their network shortcomings has been enough. Too many coverage gaps and I'm tired of running out of roaming data due to their network relying entirely too much on AT&T to provide nationwide service. If I'm going to pay a premium for contract service, I want premium service.

I complained to T-Mobile that the network we roam on between El Paso and Odessa was so grossly inadequate and unreliable that it doesn't constitute coverage. Their response is that they cannot guarantee service on a roaming network. I responded that they weren't concerned that they were not getting service that they had a contract for? When they said they were, I replied "Welcome to my world, now you know why you will lose this customer."

Found a good compromise. For $10 a month my mom added a line and an old phone to her Verizon family plan with my stepdad. Just talk and text but that takes care of the times I don't have coverage with T-Mobile. I think worth the $10 for peace of mind. As for the roaming data. I'll just deal for the time being.

I'm with Verizon, I like them till bill time then I hate them but the coverage for OTR drivers is amazing! I like that I can reach a network most anyplace. Good poll!
