I got one last delivery 12 minutes away. Diesel spraying all over the motor. I was advised not to drive by another driver. Should I do it?

No,get it fixed like right now.If DOT sees that they will put you out of service then it will cost your company twice as much to fix it.

Depends if you are O/O or co driver.

2 weeks ago I was about 170 miles from home when I could smell diesel fuel, pulled over and saw fuel on the driver side of my N-14.

Made it home & did deliveries next day, went to Cummins & got a new fuel line for $33 and had it installed in less than an hr.

Just depends on what you gotta do.

If it was me, id make the call based on how big a leak. Are we talking a seepage or are we talking a pressurized spray. Also what it was leaking on. Fuel plus 750 degree exhaust pipes is a bad combo.

Went from Beach,ND one time to Bismark fuel dripping from a return line by the tanks. Sprayed all over the trailer. Lost about a quarter of a tank.
But in retrospect that was a dumb thing to do. Could have been an awesome fireball, and with that much fuel sprayed around might not of gotten out alive. Technically it's an out of service violation, plus the environment people could make it an expensive cleanup,

Can you duct tape it or tie wrap a hose around the leak so it's not spraying and just dripping?

At the least tie strap a absorbent towel/ cloth around it
Fuel and high temps can be a firey situation
    Good luck
