Trying all the good restaurants is half the point of visiting a new city. You can eat Taco Bell value menu anywhere.

Only thing I miss about the big apple is the food, especially the pizza. You cant get a pie like that anywhere else in the country. This wendy's out on the island I did had a deli where I got breakfast every time. 5$ would get me a huge bacon egg and cheese on a fresh made bagel. 3 eggs and a pile of bacon on it, a doughnut, oj and a coffee all for 5 bucks. I ate like a king down there

Philly is actually an INCREDIBLY difficult city to drive in, but it actually makes sense. Numbered streets go one direction and streets with a name go another direction. Very easy to figure out. Tough to execute, but easy to figure out. Of course, maybe I say that because I know it like the back of my hand, but…

Boston on the other hand makes no sense. Roads lead to nowhere, those streets have no ryhme or reason. I swear they made it up as they went.

I haven't been to Boston since 1997 and I know from looking at it on google maps it looks like a lot of streets that are exactly what you described.

Would you still get your 'regular' route back afterwards? That's a big part of the equation; or it would be for me, just sayin.
