If your still getting loads at CR? Stick with CR. Western is a bottom feeder worse than CR.

:::UPDATE:::
I made the move to Western and to summarize what im about to write ill say Im glad I did! So just my luck the day I got to their hotel was the day the Tornado obliterated the main terminal. I had a roommate that just got done training and did not know how to shut up. The following morning at the terminal the orientation was a bit wonky because the internet and phones were attached to the main terminal, which was in pieces. I will mention that they told us that they don't teach paper logs because some director or the ceo doesn't believe it to be necessary "because the qualcomms dont go bad often enough to justify wasting time on learning paper logs". Whem he said that i thought to myself OH MY GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE. Anyways we completed our tasks, the food truck came and everything in it looked like vomit and we got our subway cards and we got in the shuttle, went back to the hotel to do it all over again. Oh they also made us do a backing maneuver, during orientation they set it up for you and after training you do the entire thing. I had to wait 4 or 5 days for a trainer while they got their #### together in Nashville. I went on training for 50hours(1week) with a white guy from Florida that drinks loads of coffee and refuses to brush his teeth, his mouth was so stink i put my head through the window while doing 70mph, i rather eat a bug than smell that cesspool. When my training was over they dumped me in an abandoned truck that wouldn't go over 5mph. They wanted me to wait on a tow truck but the truck simply had an empty DEF tank, i told the dm for my trainer and they put money on my fuel card and that solved the problem and i brought it back to the Atlanta terminal. I got paid $100 for that recovery. Im supposed to be based in CT on a Northeast Regional fleet but the dm for my trainer is otr which pays ####ty. He got me a load going to VA and then I deadheaded to the Bethlehem terminal in PA. So basically I was hauling loads before I took my road test to get seated in my own truck. The next morning after dropping the load off and heading to the terminal I do the road test first thing in the morning so i can choose my truck (or so i thought). There is a pregnamt black girl that is doing the seating, she is always on her phone. She put me in a truck that is for the CT terminal but the AC blower didn't work and i wrote it up for the shop. That night the rain fell and i have never been so cold in my life, not even in ####ing Wyoming, the next day up until mid morning the shop still couldn't give an eta on when they were gonna get to my truck. I went back to the seating girl and she gave me another CT truck where the windshield wiper motor was not working. Both these trucks had a green 'READY' tag on the dash. At this point I am extremely frustrated. There was a 2020 volvo on the yard with only 54000 miles and i told her i wanted it but she kept saying its not a CT truck. She also said the wiper motor is something easy to fix, i said YOU go down there and fix it then. I told her how cold i was the night before and this ##### is going to tell me that "breakdown is a part of trucking" i should've replied "miscarriageis a part of pregnancy" but i didn't think of it at the time. Anyways I started calling around and some guy in Nashville told me the name of the dm for the truck i wanted and i emailed her, she called me and guess what? The pay for her fleet is the same as the CT fleet. I told her i would stay with her. While all this was happening i was calling the the dm i was SUPPOSED to be driving for but he stopped answering my calls. She tried calling him herself and got no answer so she called me back and said "move into that truck and let me know when you have an empty". I put 10,000 miles on this truck already, my dm gets me home every 2 weeks(my preference) and i get $650 on a horrible week. I am considering training and i will do another update if i end up going that route.Chinatown Thanks this. -

All of that sounds like a #### show, including the fact that with 4? mo's of driving, you're gonna be a trainer?
