I'd be truthful. I have done commercial concrete and asphalt work for 12 years. My back and shoulders are destroyed. However I can still drive and do whatever else is needed. Be truthful but have doctors backup

Yeah that's the predicament. I really don't want to lie. It's just crappy that I'm put in this spot because they got everything thing I want and if I'm gonna learn a lesson, I don't want it to be with this company.

I know thats right.Did your roofing company pay very well?I had my roof and garage done last summer by the same company my ex worked at.Only this time it was all Mexicans that did the work and I'll bet the owner didn't pay them but $10.00 an hour. This owner was cheap back then and I imagine he hasnt changed.

I fractured L4... I got a doctors note when I was back to speed releasing me to full duty... so get that note and report it. If you get injured on the job again and they find out about the prior injury, they can disclaim the current injury.

    Guess I
Yeah they payed well when you were a squeaky wheel but it was the same crap. More quantity every year but the quality just seemed to not matter anymore. Always finding new ways to cheat customers. Felt like a professional apologizer after a while. But they still want everyone to act like we are white collar guys when we obviously aren't.

See that's the thing. Were you already working for that company because they don't have a choice to accommodate. But if they haven't hired you yet, why take the chance?

Unless you can't drive because of back injury why list it. If your not taking any pain pill that would disqualify you I do that see how it's their business. If you can past the D.O.T physical seems like you should be ok. If you were applying for food delivery guy who has to unload the truck I would say that's not a good thing. If your just doing to drive seems like that's would be personal medical info.
