I broke my L4 transverse process in a motorcycle accident in May of 2013, went through CDL school the following spring and was hired by tmc in July of 14. I told them everything from the start. They was concerned about it but after their doctor spoke with my rehab Dr and my personal Dr they kept me on. If suggest taking your chances and being upfront with them.
Should I lie about an injury?

Said company has no right to view your medical history. If you can perform the job without difficulty, keep your injury to yourself. If there is a lapse in your employment history due to a recovery period from your injury mark that period Personal/Medical, or just Personal. They cannot legally question you about it.

I wouldn't say anything about it. I did that once with a company and almost got disqualified after I showed up for orientation. Just don't try to scam the company in a lawsuit later and you will be fine
