Long story short. I signed on to the company as a part time driver. But before I even got the keys to my truck, my dbl and I went over some things and both agreed I'll be full time regional Instead. So I've never actually been a part time driver.

The thing is part time drivers don't get a sign on bonus. Full time and regional drivers do howeve.
And I have been with the company(big orange) since spring

My personal rule is Speak up. This is not elementary school. No principal's office to be sent to.
Maybe nothing comes out of it. But at least you spoke your mind.

Send your DBL a Q comm message and ask about the status of your sign on bonus. Follow up with a phone call. Get the name of the person or department responsible for sign on bonuses.

Call that department/person and get answers. If they do not have answers, ask to speak to a supervisor.

Make sure that you write down the name of every person you speak to, the time and date. Be sure to get their email address and follow up each phone call until you get answers.
Better yet....in addition to getting names, send your DBL a Q comm message every time you speak to someone about your money, with the name of the person you spoke to.

Remember... if you do not get the names of the people you speak to, and when you spoke to them... every call or email after that will be starting the process all over again!

i would be asking for my raise, bonus, brand new sleeper, and a brand new condo on the French Riviera.

and if they told me to go take a flying leap.....i'd tell them i'll settle for a roller dog and a 3 day old cup of coffee, and pay cut instead..

    so go for it dude.......

let us know who your new employer will be!!

Are you willing to leave if they dont give the bonus? That's how I would decide.
