March 2002 misdemeanor possession of marijuana
March 2002 misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia (pipe)

I was a passenger in the vehicle yet they suspended my license for 6 months

Other than than I just have 1 5-9mph speeding ticket and a seatbelt violation

My employment history isn't great but I have been in school forever and constantly for the past 3 years.

Do any of you have any ideas what might be the right company paid school for me

While I just graduated from CDL school and can't speak on every schools' behalf, I have seen people get rejected for a lot less. Honestly, the school (or the company paying the tuition) is not going to care that you were a passenger. All they will see is the convictions themselves.

I wish you the best of luck though.

I know, I try to clarify I was a passenger, but it's kinda hard to prove. It seems unfair punishment to suspend my license when I wasn't even driving. And plus all this was almost 10 years ago, isn't there a way to have that expunged?

If you been in school the past 3 years, why not finish it?

You can't expunge traffic violations as far as I know?

I screwed around a little my last semester and I don't want to be in business anymore. I wanna be a trucker ######. I'm a safe driver. I wanna drive. I do it on my free time anyway. If I got something to think about, I take a drive. I just really wanna be a trucker.

Also, I wonder if I can go back to bmv and check to see if there was some sort of mix up with the suspension, because it just doesn't seem right that they did that to me for being a passenger. Plus I remember how easy it was to get it reinstated, like I didn't have to fill out anything.

this is what will keep you from driving a truck, one dwi 20 years ago can keep you from getting a trucking job and this is worse...

most cdl mills (schools) don't care but finding a company that will hire you i don't think is going to happen
    best of luck

It wasn't you being the driver or passenger. Any drug conviction will get your license suspended. As far as I know anyways, may be wrong.

    Good luck
