    I personally don't think even alcohol should be allowed on a 10 hour break. If overdone, it's still going to impact your performance the next day, and there's always a possibility of needing to move the truck in an emergency on your break.

    Did you read my comment? I stated new technology now exists that allows LEO's to test whether you're still high or not. Companies have created breathalyzers for cannabis.
    I've mentioned this before, I'll do it again: This post is for everyone's opinion, NOT for people to hide behind current regulations.
