    BLAH BLAH BLAH....

Owner/Drivers and small fleet operators are so heavily outnumbered by the large companies, they could all shut down forever tomorow, and the only thing that would happen is that large companies would start fighting one-another for the freight..

Unfortunatley, There needs to be government mandated minimums as far as freight rates go, all based on cost, and indexed directly to the cost of doing buisness as well as inflation in general.. ALL other buisnesses do this, why cannot transport? WHY are there so many whom feel it their right to undercut people, lower therates for all to unsustainable levels, such as happened now.

I LOVED my rig, but am glad its gone, because i dont want to deal with the utter stupidity that is the australian transport industry..
God help this country when the trucks are choked off the road.
