I've been seeing a lot of guys hauling long I-beams out of memphis running chains on the ends and these v-boards with 4" straps on them. Could have just as easily used egde guards, but maybe they haul something like shingles back and they just used them??? No idea, just what I'd seen. I only use rubber-coated steel protectors.

No idea, he seemed like an OK guy to me, maybe he was pushing his LS agent loads a little too hard on here tho?

On my flatbed thats all I had was the plastic ones for bricks, but on my step my owner had cut mud flaps for steel n such! Each their own?

Why was LSAgentOZR banned?

Many shippers of palletized freight now REQUIRE the use of v-boards for their loads. No v-boards, no load. This usually occurs when careless drivers cause damage to the product by over tightening their straps. Rather than just 86 those knuckleheads, they change the rules for everyone.

He is back now; was banned for allegedly pushing the Landstar thing; to the point of recruitment I guess. Anyhow; he's been re-instated.supertruckerporkchop Thanks this.

I'd love to have 12 of those red 48" but over $300 for them...might have to wait a day or three.
