    remember the first few times, as a rookie, reading maps, no gps, road costruction, 4-wheelers, crappy qualcom driver directions, that sucked....after awhile....well its just fun.:smt071:mumum::laughing-guffaw::banghead::smt015

    Lol =-

    My parents are thrilled, even now. All they ever wanted from me was to stay out of jail. It's been hard, and it's occasionally been close...

    Faber Thanks this.

    I wonder if I could mount a shower on the back side of my tractor?

    When I became an owner-operator, I thought about making a wind deflector with a car hood or trunk deck.

    I guess my BIGGEST disillusionment was that my 30+ years of (safely) operating a car would make it easy for me to learn to drive a truck.

    BIG wakeup call the first time I sat behind the wheel (lol). But I'm proof that you CAN teach an old dog new tricks.

    I cannot understand this. You ask for a job where your gone for weeks at a time, not the pay you should get for doing the work you do, then you gripe!!!!!!!! Get real People. if this were a easy job, there wouldn't be a driver shortage. the fact is, we have one of the toughest jobs there is. Until the people that are comming into this job relize this, we are doomed to live with drivers that were trained by trainees. we have to stop this s$%^&. our very lives and the lives of our families depend on it!!!!
